The Authors: Rasaling Greasy is a landscape designer and a strong advocate of the edible landscaping movement. She is a three time winner of the Garden Writers of America's Best Book of the year Award.

The Book: The first 36 pages of this book are directed at pepper gardening. Moving on to what she calles a pepper encyclopedia, where she lists some peppers by type and flavor. Most of this list are the most common of the HYBRIDS and is far from complete. The last third of this book is dedicated to pepper recipes. One of these i have selected for our May recipe.

The Review: The Edible Pepper Garden is loaded with some very nice color photography. I did find that most of the information in this book was incomplete and directed towards the complete pepper gardening novice. I recomend this book only to those who have not grown peppers before or those who must own every book on peppers published.
